Back on the NET.....

Ok so I haven't had the Internet since last Friday do to moving and we finally set it up yesterday so here I am again....Well my weekend was crazy with moving everything into our new apartment an know everything is put up and its relaxing time....yaaaaaa!!!!!!!!! OK so here is the exciting blog for today. Well Warren is 15 months and doing so good with going pee pee in the potty he wants to go every time someone else goes it is so cute. He is a little harder to potty train than Laila was but I think he will do fine and make it just past the age that she was potty trained. Laila was fully potty trained at 18 months so hopefully Warren will be fully potty trained with no existence of diapers by age 2 and I will be happy. Laila as a big sister and only 15 months older than Warren loves helping and likes to ask every 2 seconds brother gotta go potty...hahaha
She empties his little potty when he does go and she thinks its here job to do it...lol She is such a good big sister!!! Well it's short and sweet today I have been cleaning and doing laundry all morning so it's time for me to make a good lunch for me and the kids.

Respect

O boy am I big on respect....i believe you get ones respect from giving it to them and then you receive it back...am i wrong? My little brother is 19 and I try to tell him he has to give respect to older people....he needs some help. He says I am not family nor does he ever consider me family....wtf makes me feel shitty!!! I was in The Navy for over 3 years and has learned a whole lot in life. There is way more in life then what you have and what you know. I try to tell him be safe and do the right thing but he thinks its cool to just do dumb thins i won't mention what they are but let's just say he could possibly get hurt or even killed with what he does. The boy needs a good a** beat!!! He says he is planning on going to the Marines but I honestly don't think he will make it as bad as he is. You can't just sign up and leave you have to know what you are getting yourself into. You have to pass test, pass a physical plus much more. I wish I could do something but it just doesn't seem possible to help him. There has got to be something because if he doesn't have respect for himself he will go nowhere. :(

Yes/No Sir/Ma'm

Some People say it's rude but I think its the perfect way of being polite real simple....Some people ask why I tell my daughter or son to say Yes/No Sir/Ma'm...It's polite and I will continue teaching them the right way. Most kids these days are very rude and have no respect for the elders. I know my kids are young but as a 2 year old my daughter knows to say yes ma'm and if she doesn't i will say it to her and she corrects immediatly what she said. I was in the Navy for a little over three years and Yes/No Sir/Ma'm was only to Commitioned Officers not enlisted. It was hard getting use to because growing up anybody older than me or responsible for was always answered in that way. I believe that teaching my kids this will give them respect and trust from many people and will also give their kids the same. I teach my kids respect it will take them a long way in life. :)
